This course is developed to provide information on what health professionals need to know about FGM/C care and the cultural considerations during clinical consultations. Participants will engage with updated information on current international and state FGM/C guidelines, diagnostic aides and resource materials for clients affected by FGM/C. Primarily for General Practitioners, this course is also helpful for midwives, nurses and other health professionals working in clinical and health education settings.
