Gloire Matoto, RN is a Registered Nurse and community leader with experience across hospital, community health, youth services, aged care, and disability support.
Originally from Democratic Republic of Congo, he is passionate about advancing health equity, improving access to services, and supporting culturally diverse communities through advocacy, health promotion, and community engagement.
Gloire holds a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Southern Queensland and currently works as a Community Registered Nurse, delivering person-centred care, chronic disease management, health education, and care coordination for clients in community settings.
Beyond his clinical work, Gloire is actively involved in community leadership. He serves as Co-Secretary of the Young Ethnic Network (YEN) at the Ethnic Communities Council of Queensland, and as an Event Coordinator with Investing in Greatness, supporting youth leadership, mentorship, and professional development. He has also held leadership roles with the Congolese Community Organisation and the Queensland African Communities Council.
